Is artwork really free?
Yes. Custom team artwork and design mockups are 100% free, with unlimited revisions until you approve. The first concept is typically ready in about 48 hours after we have your colors, logo and roster notes.
Do you require a minimum order?
No. You can outfit a small squad or a full program. Pricing still scales with piece count and design complexity – ask for a quote with your roster size.
Where do I track my order?
Log in to the Team Order Portal at xroadgear.com for design approvals, roster edits, payments, messages and live production status. Overview: Order Tracking.
Can I get any design?
Yes – customization has no hard design ceiling. Sublimation supports full-color art; tackle twill is available when you want a classic sewn look. Designers will mock options when you are unsure.
How do shipping and returns work?
Finished orders ship with express carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) with typical 3-5 business day transit after handoff. Custom approved goods are generally non-refundable – full policy on Shipping and Delivery.
