Step 1 – Decide sublimation vs tackle twill
Sublimation dyes full-color graphics into the fabric – lightweight, crack-resistant, unlimited colors. Tackle twill uses sewn letters and numbers for a classic Friday-night look. Step 2 – Send a complete brief

- Youth / adult mix and approximate roster count
- First game or photo day

Step 4 – Size the roster honestly

Step 5 – Produce, QC, ship
